Part 1 - The trap
I’m definitely not the only one who has been addicted to their phone at some point, scrolling late at night, only to suddenly come across a clip of something horrifying happening somewhere else in the world. You watch a TikTok or a reel and think,
what kind of animals could do such a thing to somebody…?
without realizing that the very video you just watched may have been manipulated, taken out of context, or even generated by AI.
You just got trapped.
And you are far from the only one…
Part 2 - Thhe division
For the longest time, humanity has been pitted against each other over arbitrary factors like the languages we speak, the color of our skin, the borders we were born within, or the beliefs we inherited.
Yet when humanity is united, we have always accomplished extraordinary things: we have put people on the moon, eradicated diseases, built global systems of communication, and advanced science and medicine in ways that once seemed impossible. Progress has always been greatest when people chose cooperation over division.
And yet now, more than ever, it feels like the world is being pulled apart by the very differences that should have made us stronger.

Part 3 - The manipulation
Today, division is no longer spread only through speeches, propaganda posters, or biased headlines.
It spreads at the speed of a swipe. A short clip. A repost.
An algorithmically amplified lie.
People are no longer just consuming information; they are being emotionally steered by it. Outrage is rewarded. Nuance is buried. Context disappears. And the result is that millions of ordinary people are pushed into anger, fear, and hatred over things they may not even fully understand.
That is where Istina AI begins.
Part 4 - Why Istina?
Istina was born from a simple but urgent belief: people deserve the chance to see the full picture before being manipulated into picking a side. We do not believe the answer to misinformation and bias is more noise. We believe it is clarity. Context. Comparison. Transparency.
Our mission is to help people look beyond a single headline, a single clip, or a single narrative, and instead understand how the same event can be framed in completely different ways depending on who is telling the story. Because once you can see the framing, you can start thinking for yourself again.
We are not here to tell people what to think. We are here to help them see more clearly.
Because a divided humanity is easy to manipulate. An informed humanity is much harder to deceive. And a humanity that can understand each other, even across differences, has a chance to build something better.
That is the future we want Istina AI to fight for.
